About
The Courtyards at Weddington Road is a charming neighborhood located in Stallings, NC. It is nearby the quaint town of Matthews, with its many local shops and restaurants. CYWR is also close to Waverly, Ballantyne and Charlotte.
In 2014, Epcon Communities began construction of our neighborhood on the former family farm of H.Q. and Ruth Matthews. The last of the 33 homes were completed in 2016.
Amenities
The Courtyards at Weddington Road sits adjacent to the Stallings Greenway and Colonel Francis Beatty Park. The 270 acre park includes hiking & mountain bike trails, tennis & pickle ball courts, sports fields, picnic areas, playgrounds and a 17 acre lake. The park and greenway are a short walk from the neighborhood.
